Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The product must be unused and returned in its original or suitable protective packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty & Defects
Our products come with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product arrives defective, please notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 72 hours). Warranty claims remain valid within the 24-month period. If the defect is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge. We will also reimburse your return shipping costs in such cases.

1. Within the written terms and conditions, you must indicate that you wish to cancel/return the agreement. You can submit the return request below for this purpose.

2. Items must be returned in the best possible, unused condition and in the original factory packaging without tape, adhesive tape or shipping stickers.

3. After submitting your return via email or form, you will receive a confirmation email from us in your inbox. This email allows you to request and print the return label.

4. Upon receipt of the return, we will send a notification about the status of your return within 7 business days. Charges for packages subsequently returned to you are covered by us by default!
